The Intersection of Digital Technology and the Climate Change

Definitions:

Digital Technology: The use of digital systems, tools and devices (computers, software applications, smartphones, data logging tools etc) to gather, store, process and transmit information in an electronic format (Cohn, 2024).

Climate Change: Long term shifts in the temperature and weather patterns due either to natural causes or as a result of anthropogenic (human) activity (United Nations, n.d.).
